okay so many of you are probably wondering omg nat how was your one year!!! was it good?what did you do for jiaqi and etc etc. so this blog post shall satisfy your cravings haha.


okay let's start with my present for her.i made her a book documenting the past year.


And each month is a chapter so thus chapter 1 and 2 and 3....

i obviously cant show you the actual content cause that's for jiaqi to see so too bad.i stuffed movie stubs,entry pass and all.

so obviously im not going to just make her a book right?so i made a reservation at riverboat(www.riverboat.com.sg) it's a really beautiful restaurant by(on) the sea at marina pier.it's basically a restaurant in a boat.so i came up with my grand scheme.planned with the restaurants owner who was really helpful and nice.i went early in the morning to leave the book and a rose there so that they could prepare our table and lay it on the table before we were seated.

Soooooooo!i brought jiaqi out!she was really puzzled and kept asking where im bringing her and we went to some scary deserted bus stop with dubious vans driving past(perfect scene for kidnap/rape tv serials) which i think spooked her a little.then she saw shuttle bus to marina barrage and as i promised her i will bring her for a picnic there one day,she assume we were going there which was amusing.



we then went to marina south pier where she went HUHHH what are we doing here!are we eating at the cafe.then i just didnt answer and tried my best to delay her by bringing her to the roof to enjoy the sea breeze.

had to wait till 7.45pm as i told them to have my table ready by 7.40pm.so this is the restaurant.we went in and jiaqi was like woahhhhhhh she saw the book and the rose on the table and she was suprised then she was happy and read the book.Our table was special!it was the only table with tablecloth and a candle.as it rained before hand.  (the table i booked on the open air deck wasnt available and we were shifted down to the main deck.which was quite sad but the manager texted me that he will help me get his staff to wipe a table while we ate so we can eat dessert at the bridge deck.but jiaqi didnt know that )

so we ordered our food.buffalo wings,promised land and st peter's fish.VERY FILLING.

promised land which is bread dipped in maple syrup and panfried.it was super nice as well and the white stuff is yogurt.



then after we ate jiaqi was like" ): i want to go up and walk the deck "(cause she went to the toilet and saw how pretty the deck was) so i ordered ice cream and pretended to ask the waitress if we could have our dessert upstairs.so jiaqi was super suprised when she saw a table with a candle on it.

as you can see the open air deck is really nice.we were the only ones on the bridge deck as the manager specially helped us.


then we were served our ice cream sundae and we ate while looking into the vast sea and the waitress suddenly came to us and gave this

Brownie with ice cream!(another part of the plan)which really surprised jiaqi.it was heart melting to see my baby smiling so happily the brownie and ice cream sundae was given to us complimentary although the manager only told me the brownie was complimentary which i really felt touched.the service was impeccable.

So that concludes what i did for my baby (: and what did she do you might ask?
 
a photo album with alot of stuff we did the past year and it was really super pretty and i was in awe of it but i dont want to take pictures of the contents cause got alot of unglam photos of me ): hahaha!'

And she got me a teddy!called bear bear and she sewed me a huge ONE with my favourite colour BLUE!

how can i ask for more when i have someone so sweet and adorable as her?

Wow i havent been blogging for so long. Have been busy with peedoubleyou, and going out with... <3!
Went out with Jiaqi yesterday and watched The Blue Mansion! Too much nudity and swear words for a local film!

After the movie, I brought her for my surprise event! E-gaming center at cineleisure. But surprise fail because we were 'huh huhh?!?' about the pricing and games available, and it was quite late already! But nevermind because Jiaqi still loves Nat! We then decided to just go for dinner instead.

As we were walking out of the e-gaming center, my eye caught the Domokun lying precariously in a $1 grabbing machine! So I decided to try my luck to catch the domokun! The claw grabbed the domokun but dropped it before it reached the hole, but it hit the base and bounced into the hole! and there happened to already be one domokun in the hole but was stuck there. So our domokun saw it, grabbed it and slid down the slide with it hand in hand!:O so we got domokun no. 2! :D :D Yay! I'm so pro, thank you thank you! $1 for 2 domokuns! and its cause Jiaqi is my lucky star!:D

We went to botak jones to eat! Had so much to eat and was so super full!
